Duck hunters…

The gang had me laughing so much this morning as the tried their hardest to get near some ducks! The careered down the embankment into the water, giving it 100 percent, but of course the ducks were out of sight in no time. Ella was very disappointed! She is fascinated with the ducks at Cramond Beach. I think she is hatching a plan haha!

Today we had a newbie with us, Olly the Black lab cross Panther!! He is a big lad with lots of energy to burn off. Cocoa, Ella and I encouraged him to run around as much as he wanted whilst on the walk. I hope he was tired when he got home!

The guys find a very fun muddy watering hole and jump straight in, then run around crazy! So pleased with themselves haha!

Sudden storms…

Friday was a very strange day weather wise. We had beautiful sunshine in the morning, I couldn’t wait to get to the beach!! Then in the afternoon half way through our walk up Arthurs Seat it suddenly clouded over and we were all pelted with hail stones!! Ah Scotland, you do like to keep us on our toes! We were pretty soaked and slooshed back to Lochey’s where we got dried then headed home for Friday night snuggles…

Frankie…

Frankie is one awesome dog. Don’t tell the others but he is fast becoming one of my favourites! He is so sweet and in a lot of ways easily influenced by the other dogs! He is also incredibly loving and wins even the most stern dog over. He plays like a puppy, full of enthusiasm and innocence. Gus and Molly both like him, in fact I think he becomes closer with Gus as each day passes, after all he likes all the Frenchie games like ‘Chase me!’ He makes me laugh out load with his daily antics. He gives awesome cuddles and kisses and I love how he likes to sleep under the covers with you in the morning. He has a home with us any time. A joy to have as a companion. Frenchies rock…

Frankie has also taking a liking to Gus’s old bed 🙂 Cute…

But nothing can beat being snuggled on the sofa with a blanket and your friends…

It was so beautiful in The Dell today, I went back for the afternoon walk as well! Can’t beat it, easily one of my more favourite places in Edinburgh!
