Ok, ok…I’m not even going to try and make excuses for my long absence. What can I say? We are very, very busy puppies!! I am not going to ask for forgiveness either, I’m just gonna bombard you with post upon post of cutie-patootie doggie photos!! The super-duper cuteness will win you over I have no doubts 😀

Baby Giorge is fast loosing his puppish looks, he will be a big-boy before we know it!

Poor Colin cut his pad on one of our walks last week and needed stitches 😦 Until he was all healed up we have been visiting him at home, which he was not so impressed with I have to say! On his mini walk around the block (with a waterproof boote on to protect his bandage) the tough wee lad kept trying to drag me to my car! “Why aren’t we going walking?! I’m totally fine!!” Major guilt trip!! But needs must I’m afraid!! I’m slightly redeemed in his eyes by bringing cheese slices and beef twists! ‘Hmpf, well if that’s the best you can do Auntie Andie…I suppose your forgiven…maybe.”

Louis, I think its super flattering that you only have eyes for me…but do you ever wonder why the others are pretty good at ambushing you? Lmao!!

Woohoo!!! We did it!! Thats us all caught up folks. Time for bed, where we dream of tomorrows adventures with all our beloved friends xxx

A lot of catching up to do! We have faced the tail end of a hurricane and the Autumn floods, but we never fail to enjoy all that Edinburgh’s magnificent open spaces have to offer us!

Autumn sunshine at Cramond Beach.

So Ella, Smudge and I visited Edinburgh Zoo….just kidding 😀 It just so happens that the dogs discovered one of our walks on a nature reserve borders with Emu pen at Edinburgh Zoo. The dogs were very quiet and well behaved, but of course curious as hell about these massive scary birds! To be honest the Emus were very curious too and did not look the least bit concerned. The dogs however were I think VERY grateful for the high fencing between them lol!

September summer….

This week has been another big weather change, though funnily enough it has been glorious!! We are most definitely making the most of it! I know I keep saying it but this surely can’t last. Despite this amazingly beautiful weather, a part of me is starting to look forward to winter time now. I am Scottish after all, I kinda grave the dark and cold after a while haha!

What a morning this was, and to make it even better it Ruben’s first birthday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUBEN!!! We hope we made it a special day xxxx

Hanging out on the green…Not long back this field in the Hermitage was almost always guaranteed to have someone pick-nicking on it. I’m so glad we have it to ourselves again 😉

I was teaching Archie and Jess to jump over wooden fences and walk along benches in the woods this week, I was getting some very weird looks from folks! I have no idea why though, collies need a job and Archie is just so smart he can pick up just about anything you want to teach him. Turning the woodland walk into an obstacle course seems a perfectly logical thing for me to do! You can keep your mystified looks people!

Through the fog…

Last week we had some crazy foggy weather! It was so thick sometimes the dogs would almost disappear completely…almost 😉 One of my lovely clients asked if I was missing the warmer weather, but truth be told it has been roasting! Its so humid I have still been walking is shorts and t-shirt, albeit with some leggings underneath 😉

We have had some of our very dear friends come to guest spot with us over the last few weeks. It was absolutely wonderful to have Cocoa-Bean come to visit, we have known Cocoa since she was a little puppy and Gus especially thinks of her as his sister!
